What if I have more than the package lists?
Pick the package closest to your move and tell us about the extra items in the notes. We'll confirm any difference before your move day, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?
You pay the full price online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Your move is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
Do you charge extra for moves outside London?
Yes. Removals that start or finish outside London have an extra labour charge of 30p per mile for the full round trip from London. Try our Quick quote to see an estimate. We'll let you know the exact amount after you book, and this remaining balance is due 2 days before your move.
Can I cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before your move and we refund you in full. Cancel 3 to 6 days before and we refund half. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, or no shows, are non refundable.
Can I change my date?
Yes. You can move your booking once for free with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Just get in touch.
Why is a date crossed out?
We run a set number of jobs a day so every move gets our full attention. Once a day is full it closes automatically. Message us on WhatsApp if you're flexible and we'll tell you the nearest free day.
When are you open?
7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm, Sunday 9am to 1pm. You can book online anytime.
