Booking Policy

Your deposit secures your date and your ShiftMe team. It is paid when you book, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your move.

If you cancel 7 or more days before your move, we'll refund your deposit in full. If you cancel 3 to 6 days before, we'll refund half. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, or no shows, are non refundable.

Need a different date? You can move your booking once for free with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.
